DRTC BV and its work organization considers proper handling of personal data of great importance. Therefore, in this privacy policy we want to provide you with clear and transparent information about the way DRTC BV processes personal data of relations, including prospects, clients, students and visitors to our website. Naturally, these personal data are handled and secured with the utmost care. In doing so, DRTC BV complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and the AVG Implementation Act.
This means that we:
- duidelijk – via deze privacyverklaring – vermelden met welke doeleinden wij persoonsgegevens verwerken;
- onze verzameling van persoonsgegevens beperken tot alleen de persoonsgegevens die nodig zijn voor die doeleinden;
- uw persoonsgegevens verwerken ter uitvoering van onze diensten en u toestemming vragen in gevallen waarin deze toestemming vereist is;
- passende beveiligingsmaatregelen nemen om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen en dat ook eisen van partijen die in onze opdracht persoonsgegevens verwerken;
- uw recht respecteren om uw persoonsgegevens op uw aanvraag ter inzage te bieden, te corrigeren of te verwijderen.

Waarvoor verwerken wij uw persoonsgegevens
There are several purposes for which DRTC BV collects and processes your personal data. Within the framework of its services to relations, DRTC BV collects and processes contact information, including your name, position, address, business and/or professional interests, business/mobile phone number, date of birth, place of birth and email address:
- Wanneer u producten en/of diensten van DRTC BV afneemt. Dit kan via onze website, onze administratie, bij bezoek aan uw bedrijf door onze accountmanager;
- Wanneer u contact heeft met DRTC BV. Dit contact kan telefonisch zijn maar hieronder verstaan wij ook indien u ons via e-mail benadert, het aanmeldformulier invult, gebruik maakt van de chatfunctie via social media, meedoet aan enquêtes, prijsvragen of onderzoeken, inschrijft voor cursussen of informatiebijeenkomsten, gebruik maakt van onze websites, inlogt op uw account, u aanmeldt voor nieuwsbrieven of ons via social media benadert;
- Voor interne analyses voor procesverbetering, de ontwikkeling van producten en diensten en marktonderzoek;
- Om relaties van onze (nieuwe) producten en diensten op de hoogte te houden, rechtstreeks maar ook bijvoorbeeld door campagnes via social media, waarbij DRTC BV rekening tracht te houden met voorkeuren op basis van afgenomen producten en/of diensten en interesses op basis van met uw toestemming vastgelegd gebruik van onze websites.
- Een kopie van uw paspoort, monsterboekje, vaarbevoegheidsbewijs of oude certificaten van eerder gevolgde trainingen en opleidingen is soms nodig voor de juiste tenaamstelling en opmaak bij de afgifte van een certificaat.
Nieuwsbrief en cursusagenda
We offer a newsletter & course calendar through which we inform interested parties about our products and/or services. If you fill out a registration form through the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail requires for its complete response and handling. Your e-mail address is further used for sending information about (new) products and services by DRTC BV. You can withdraw that consent at any time by sending an e-mail to DRTC BV, quoting AVG, [email protected]

We treat your data confidentially and do not publish it.
Verstrekking van persoonsgegevens aan derden.
Your data will only be provided by us to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of a product or service agreed with you or your company. To protect your rights, a processor agreement is concluded by us with these third parties (partners) if necessary. Of certain courses, the exams are conducted by an external party, such as, for example, the CCV division of the CBR, Agentschap Telecom, NIBHV, Het Oranje Kruis, IFV, VAMEX and PBNA. Your Citizen Service Number (BSN) is sometimes needed to apply for the exam. The Data Protection Act stipulates in an appendix which institutions may/must use the BSN number. Only if the examination for this is through an external party, you may also need to provide your BSN. In all other cases, you do not need to pass them on to us. In the latter case, if your BSN is on your passport, please make it illegible on the copy for us.

To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, DRTC BV uses technical and organizational security procedures. These procedures ensure an appropriate level of security given the types of processing and the nature of the personal data to be protected.
Wijzigingen in deze privacyverklaring
DRTC BV reserves the right to make changes to the privacy policy. We therefore recommend that you check this page regularly for changes. If DRTC BV makes a significant change, which affects the way DRTC BV processes your personal data, we will make this known through a notice on our website(s) or in newsletters.
