Starting today, the DRTC Customer Portal is available for our clients!
This online platform gives your organization direct access to all course registrations, certificates, and employee information — clearly organized in one central location.
The Customer Portal has been developed to make course management simpler, faster, and more accurate. Through the portal, you can:

Register employees for training or refresher courses
 
- 
View, download, and manage certificates and expiry dates
 
- 
Access and download invoices
 
- 
Generate reports and exports for planning and compliance
 
- 
Manage in-company and open enrolments via the Course Manager dashboard
 
- 
Keep employee records up to date, including contact persons and GWO WINDA IDs
 
In addition, the portal offers useful features such as automatic reminders for expiring certificates, an overview of scheduled courses, and the ability to manage cancellations or rescheduling directly.

Have you booked courses with DRTC before (since August 2023)? Then you can log in right away using your email address and request access via ‘Forgot password’.
