At DRTC, we believe the quality of our training depends on collaboration. By maintaining close ties with educational institutions, knowledge centers, and industry organizations, we not only strengthen our own offerings but also contribute to the development of safety expertise in the Netherlands and beyond.

Safety Centre Zeeland

DRTC collaborates with Safety Centre Zeeland on specialized safety training, emergency response, and industrial first aid. We also share training facilities, fire containers and scenario setups. This partnership creates efficiencies and expands the range of training available in the region.

The Ruyter Academy

HZ University of Applied Sciences

In collaboration with HZ University of Applied Sciences in Vlissingen, DRTC offers courses and training through the Ruyter Academy for Maritime and Logistics. Students receive not only theoretical education but also hands-on training in STCW, safety, and leadership, often directly on DRTC’s training grounds.

Scalda College

As a partner of Scalda, DRTC has long provided practical modules for vocational students in Maritime & Logistics. Through realistic simulations and training in firefighting and survival at sea, students develop the skills they need for a safe and confident start to their careers.

International collaboration

From our Curaçao office, DRTC collaborates with local and regional partners in the Caribbean, including ports, shipping companies, oil and gas firms, and maritime organizations. We also provide tailored on-site training in Suriname, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Guyana.

G4S Training & Safety Heerenveen

DRTC uses the facilities of G4S Training & Safety Heerenveen for fire training. This allows our staff to practice safely and realistically, ensuring they are fully prepared for emergency situations.

SEC Catering provides lunches during our training sessions. This allows participants to enjoy fresh and healthy meals, keeping them energized and focused throughout the day.

Transportation by Arriva Touring

Arriva Touring provides transportation to and from our training locations. This ensures that participants arrive safely, comfortably, and on time, allowing them to focus fully on the training.
