About DRTC Aruba

De Ruyter Training & Consultancy (DRTC) provides maritime and safety training on Aruba. From this location, we support professionals in the maritime, offshore, and industrial sectors with practical, hands-on training that aligns with daily operations.

With its maritime environment and international working setting, Aruba offers an excellent location for training where safety, communication, and operational performance are central.

Training Opportunities on Aruba

DRTC provides Basic Safety Training on Aruba in accordance with Marshall Islands standards, focusing on fundamental safety for maritime personnel and emergency response procedures on board.

In addition, DRTC offers Boatmaster training on Aruba, including Boatmaster 1, Boatmaster 2, and Boatmaster 3. These courses are aimed at the safe and responsible operation of vessels and are aligned with practical requirements within the nautical sector.

We also offer VHF radio communication courses, focused on correct and effective communication using maritime radio equipment, including procedures and distress traffic.

In the field of emergency response, DRTC delivers various BHV (company emergency response) training courses, including Basic BHV, Team Leader Basic, and Team Leader Refresher. In addition, we offer training such as Refresher Emergency First Responder and Officer, aimed at maintaining and updating knowledge and skills in emergency response.

All BHV training is conducted in accordance with NIBHV guidelines. Other training programs are delivered in compliance with applicable standards and are recognized by ILENT.
