About DRTC
GWO training cannot simply be moved from a training centre to another location. Both the training provider and the training setup must comply with the applicable Global Wind Organisation (GWO) requirements.
DRTC is certified to provide GWO training using on-site training facilities. This enables us to deliver applicable GWO training away from our permanent training centres, using suitable facilities at your company, project location or on board a vessel.
Before providing the training, DRTC assesses the proposed location and available facilities. This ensures that the required practical exercises can be performed safely and in accordance with the applicable GWO training standard.
For our clients, this combines the flexibility of training at their own location with the assurance of training delivered by a GWO-certified training provider.
GWO Working at Heights is particularly suitable for on-site delivery when the location provides the facilities required to safely complete the practical training.
DRTC can deliver GWO Working at Heights at suitable client locations and on board vessels. This can be an attractive solution for offshore wind contractors, shipowners and operators with several employees or crew members requiring the same training.
Before training takes place, DRTC assesses whether the proposed location is suitable for the required exercises. Depending on the location, this may include available structures, working areas, access arrangements, anchor points and other facilities required for safe training.

Does your crew require GWO training while your vessel is alongside? DRTC can provide GWO training on board suitable vessels, subject to the facilities and conditions required for the applicable GWO training standard.
On-board training can be particularly useful for Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs), jack-up vessels, offshore construction vessels, survey vessels, support vessels and other maritime and offshore vessels.
Training your crew on board can reduce logistics considerably. Instead of arranging transport and taking several crew members away from the vessel, the DRTC instructor and training come to you.
This can be especially valuable during mobilisation, port calls, crew changes or when several employees require the same training.
DRTC can provide various GWO and other safety training programmes at suitable client locations. The possibilities depend on the training course, number of participants, location and available facilities.

Safe transfer between a vessel and an offshore structure is an important part of working in the offshore wind industry. DRTC provides Boat Landing training for personnel working on and around offshore wind farms.
Depending on the location and operational situation, Boat Landing training can be organised at a suitable client or project location. This allows personnel to train in an environment closely related to the conditions they encounter during offshore operations.

DRTC provides GWO on-site training throughout the Netherlands. Our instructors can travel to vessels, companies and suitable project locations in the country's main offshore, maritime and wind regions.
This includes operations in and around Rotterdam, IJmuiden, Den Helder, Amsterdam, Vlissingen, Terneuzen, Delfzijl and Eemshaven, as well as other locations throughout the Netherlands.
Your location does not have to be inside a port. DRTC can also provide training at suitable wind industry facilities, offshore bases, shipyards, terminals, company premises and project locations.

Introductie
DRTC is een GWO-gecertificeerde trainingsaanbieder en erkend voor het verzorgen van GWO-trainingen op on-site trainingslocaties. Hierdoor kunnen wij erkende GWO-training rechtstreeks verzorgen op uw bedrijfslocatie, projectlocatie of aan boord van een schip, mits de locatie en faciliteiten voldoen aan de geldende GWO-eisen.
In plaats van een complete crew naar een trainingscentrum te laten reizen, komt DRTC naar u toe. Wij verzorgen GWO on-site trainingen door heel Nederland, onder andere op geschikte locaties in de windindustrie, offshorebases, havens, bedrijfslocaties en aan boord van schepen.

Een GWO-training kan niet zomaar van een trainingscentrum naar een willekeurige andere locatie worden verplaatst. Zowel de trainingsaanbieder als de trainingsfaciliteiten moeten voldoen aan de geldende eisen van de Global Wind Organisation (GWO).

Heeft uw bemanning GWO-training nodig terwijl het schip in de haven ligt? DRTC kan geschikte GWO-trainingen aan boord verzorgen, mits de faciliteiten en omstandigheden aan boord voldoen aan de eisen van de betreffende GWO-training.
